Where do you lay your weary bones after that busy day of sewing on Friday and Saturday?
Well you have two accommoiation choices:
1. Drive back home to your own comfy bed where you will probably get to sleep under one of your own quilts. Leave your sewing machine and supplies safely waiting for you in our classroom for the second day of retreat.
2. Book a room at one of our local accommodations. Here are some links for you. This is a great excuse to treat yourself and a friend to a weekend away.
Zens Inn bed and breakfast style, single traveller rooms with shared bathrooms. Very modern. Walking distance to our store.
Ships Anchor Inn on the waterfront with pool. Historical setting. Less than 10 minute walk to our store.
Dewars Inn and Cottages Riverside cottages and motel rooms. 5 minute drive from our store.
There are also a few Air Bnb rentals in Prescott.
So, come on your own or with friends. Pick a project or 2 or 3 and pack your sewing tote and your sewing machine, for 3 days of fun.
Feeling extra lazy and don't want to drag your heavy sewing machine out of your home? We got that covered! Contact the store directly to arrange the rental of one of our Bernina sewing machines for a small fee; subject to availability. Great way to try out something new, too.
Summer flowers will be blooming and recreation boats on the water. There are various outdoor activities taking place over the summer; making it enjoyable to go for a nice walk along the Riverfront.
So are you in for some self care time? Let us feed you and inspire you for a weekend of quilting fun!
