The East and the West unite again! Join Lynn at Dragons Heart Quilt Shop of Pincher Creek, Alberta and Michelle at Watergirl Quilt Co. of Prescott, Ontario, Canada as we celebrate our Regional prize wins in the ByAnnie Local Quilt Shop Contest. In celebration, we are offering a 2-day, virtual retreat via Zoom. Registration includes one day FREE zoom - sit and sew on April 21st. This is a great way to visit with friends near and far. Zoom Breakout Rooms will be open to all and if you’ve joined our free sit and sews before you know just how fun they can be!
Projects and presentations will take place on April 22nd and 23rd. There will be instruction for 2 projects, and a special appearance and presentation by Annie herself from ByAnnie.com. If you are new to ByAnnie patterns this is a great way to learn all the tricks including zipper insertion and sewing with mesh and vinyl. You will have the opportunity to learn all the skills necessary to finish the Piecekeeper Project Bag and The Call Me - Name Tag/Cell Phone Pouch ByAnnie.

Michelle and Lynn will do a trunk show of projects made with ByAnnie patterns for future inspiration to use your new found skill set on. You will also have access to a private Facebook group where we will post additional resources and you can interact with other retreat participants. Shortly after registration, you will receive a supply list - kits are available for purchase (see links above). Cost for the two-day virtual retreat is $90. Charge up your devices and get your take out menus ready for a weekend of sewing from home with friends from afar.
Cancellation of Classes or Retreats
Should you decide to cancel your registration for an event, class or retreat, you will receive a full credit to a gift card as long as the cancellation is made more than 2 weeks prior to the class date. After that time, you will forfeit your full registration fee.
If you are unable to attend, you do have the option of finding your own replacement participant but Watergirl Quilt Co. will not assist with this or give any fee credit to the original participant. You would be required to email us the name and contact information of your replacement.
