Scrap Tamers - Volume 1 - Cards and Reusable Tags with Susan Madu of Modern Blended Quilts - on ZOOM

Join Susan Madu; Modern Blended Quilts in what is planned to be the first of a series of virtual  demo workshops.  The intent is to show how to use scraps, fat quarter and orphan blocks.  As well as being mindful of our economic challenges that many are facing.

Demos will be recorded.    The recordings will be available via DROPBOX for 2 weeks only and then they will be deleted.

Class start time is based on Eastern Time (US and Canada). Class duration is 1 1/2 hours

There are no required materials for this class as it will be a demonstrations filled with lot of suggestions of what to do with your scraps.  Perhaps a pencil and paper would be a great for jotting down your notes.

In this 1st demo, Susan will be showing us how she makes cards and labels.


Cancellation of Classes or Retreats
Should you decide to cancel your registration for an event, class or retreat, you will receive a full credit to a gift card as long as the cancellation is made more than 2 weeks prior to the class date. After that time, you will forfeit your full registration fee.

If you are unable to attend, you do have the option of finding your own replacement participant but Watergirl Quilt Co. will not assist with this or give any fee credit to the original participant. You would be required to email us the name and contact information of your replacement.

Requirements: Ability to login to Zoom and have a device near your sewing machine and cutting area. This is a demonstration.
Instructor: Susan Madu
Instructor Bio: Susan is a retired chartered accountant and a passionate creator and quilter. She is never without a sketchbook or some project in her hands. Susan designs and teaches under the "Modern Blended Quilts" banner. A central theme of her patterns is blending together elements of traditional and modern quilting. Take your traditional stash and blend it up modern with modern textures, solids and styles for stunning results.
