Summer Blowout Anniversary Sale

Good morning crew!
What a gorgeous morning it is here in Eastern Ontario! I hope that you are having great summer weather today in your part of Canada. My husband, Tony and I are thrilled that it is a dry, sunny day so that we can take a boat ride to Dark Island on the St. Lawrence River in New York State, to look at Singer Castle where we were married 10 years ago today, on a beautiful day with perfect weather!
So yes, I am finally taking a day off work! Actually, a whole weekend off work to celebrate 10 years of marriage to my wonderful husband who gave me the courage to walk away from a secure career to follow my passion for beautiful fabrics and quilts. He always believes in me!
Okay, enough of that mushy stuff.
Make sure that you are watching the live Facebook video this morning or catch the replay later because the show must go on and there will be a celebrity takeover today at Watergirl Quilt Co. A well-known, well-loved quilter will be in the shop today, doing the morning video and meeting customers. We have some appointments booked this morning but are not full, so you are welcome to drop by in the morning too and take your chances on being able to shop. Of course, 12:30 to 4:30pm are always drop in hours. Our customers have been so considerate and respectful of the safety procedures and thankfully nobody has ever had to wait outside for more than about 15 minutes. We appreciate your patience and enthusiasm for visiting our destination quilt shop. Our staff are really enjoying serving you as you choose fabrics for new and inspiring projects. We are having fun!
So, we are starting a summer blowout sale today! We have a new section of the shop called the "Lonely Hearts Club". Okay, I am back to the mushy stuff! There are many attractive, interesting, inspiring fabrics in the store that are looking for a partner. Many of them have a good sense of humour and get along well with others.
Would you be able to take some home and play matchmaker with your stash? They really want to find somebody to love!
A wonderful selection of designer fabrics and also our entire collection of Banyan Batiks are looking for new mates so they can move out of our house and start a new life! We have so many fabric collections arriving for fall and they need a place to live too!
Starting today, until they "walk down the aisle" and into your cart, you can buy any of these selected fabrics for only $10 per yard. All cuts will be in 1 yard increments and you might want to buy the whole bolt as many would be great for quilt backings.

While you are in the shop or on the website, be sure to check out the new arrivals section as well. Lots of unique fabrics and notions have been arriving. We have pre-order for a fun mask making panel as well as many novelty prints and children and youth fabrics for those back to school masks that will be needed.
