Born and raised in Africa art first showed up in life in the form of creative play. Living on this magical continent was the perfect amphitheatre and backdrop for nourishing and expanding her already creative mind. Later "doodling" became her thing as she turned her thoughts to playing in sketchbooks. As a young adult, travelling the world further enriched a growing catalogue of ideas.
She trained in printmaking which lead to a career in Advertising and Design and was lucky to work for key Agencies based in Cape Town and London. She left this all behind and moved to New Zealand where she currently resides with her family.
